• Passion Fruit: Originating from tropical regions, passion fruit can be found in various Brazilian biomes, including the Cerrado, Amazon, Atlantic Forest, and Caatinga. Rich in nutrients, it supplies fibers and vitamins B complex, A, and C, as well as calcium, iron, phosphorus, sodium, and potassium. Its intense and striking color is due to the presence of carotenoid pigments, which primarily act as precursors to vitamin A in the human diet.

• Cambuci: Cambuci is a native fruit of the Atlantic Forest, cultivated by various small producers in the state of São Paulo. With its sour taste, cambuci is often compared to lemon, giving a surprising tangy touch to foods.

• Coconut Nectar: Their base of sweeteners includes coconut nectar and demerara sugar. Coconut nectar is obtained by concentrating the sap of the coconut palm. Besides sugars, it is known for containing vitamins and minerals.

Mombora has developed a consistency rating scale for its gels, designed to illustrate the spectrum from the most liquid to the most solid carb gels. Each gel flavor is marked on a scale of 1 to 6, indicating its consistency level in the respective image.

Gels with a consistency rating of 1 are the most liquid, best suited for high-intensity sports and athletes preferring a thinner consistency.
