• Cocoa: Their cocoa comes from southern Bahia, a region of great importance for Brazilian cocoa. Cocoa comes from the seeds of the cacao fruit and is the ingredient that gives rise to chocolate. Besides its unparalleled flavor and aroma, cocoa is also known for containing caffeine and theobromine.
• Sweeteners: Their base of sweeteners includes coconut nectar and demerara sugar. Coconut nectar is obtained by concentrating the sap of the coconut palm. Besides sugars, it is known for containing vitamins and minerals.

Consistency Scale:

Mombora has developed a consistency rating scale for its gels, designed to illustrate the spectrum from the most liquid to the most solid carb gels. Each gel flavor is marked on a scale of 1 to 6, indicating its consistency level in the respective image.

Gels with a consistency rating of 1 are the most liquid, best suited for high-intensity sports and athletes preferring a thinner consistency.

Products rated at consistency 6 are considered the most solid. With ingredients like cashew nuts, they provide a source of fat and protein, promoting carbohydrate absorption at different rates. This enhances satiety, making them an effective strategy for long-duration races, competitions, or pre-workout moments.
